What ORVATRIX keeps separate, on purpose

Scheduled ≠ approved

Scheduled hours, recorded hours and approved hours are kept as three separate records, so billing and payroll run from what a supervisor confirmed.

Review ≠ release

Approving an incident report and releasing evidence are separate decisions, each made by a named person and recorded.

Agency ≠ client

Your agency account and your client accounts are kept apart, and every user sees only the accounts their role allows.

How it fits together

Security business management, built around the way you operate.

Running a private security company means coordinating personnel, client expectations, service delivery, and administrative responsibilities every day. ORVATRIX brings those processes together so your team can work from one connected system.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about what ORVATRIX is and who it is for.

What is ORVATRIX?

ORVATRIX is a Security Business System (SBS): business management software built specifically for private security companies. It connects workforce scheduling, timekeeping, incident reporting, client and contract records, sales and business reporting around one shared agency record.

What is a Security Business System?

An SBS brings the operational side of a security company (posts, shifts, officers, incidents) and the business side (clients, contracts, billing, sales, profitability) into one connected system, instead of separate schedulers, spreadsheets and generic CRMs.

Is ORVATRIX a CRM or a guard scheduling tool?

Both functions are part of it, but neither is the whole product. Agency Growth covers CRM and proposals, and Security Operations covers scheduling and timekeeping. They share the same employee, client and site records with the other applications.

Is ORVATRIX right for small security companies?

ORVATRIX is designed to fit a new agency with a handful of officers and to grow with it into a multi-branch company. Start with the applications you need first and add more as the business grows.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The ORVATRIX free plan includes one agency account and up to five client accounts, so a new or small agency can run on the system before it needs more.

Which features are available today?

Agency Administration, Security Operations, Incident Reporting, Evidence Vault, Agency Growth and the ORVATRIX Field and Command mobile apps are available. Business Intelligence and ORVATRIX Intelligence are planned. Every capability on this site is labeled with its status.
