When a client or attorney asks for footage, the questions that follow are always the same: where is the original, who has seen it and who approved sending it. Evidence Vault lets your agency answer those questions from a record instead of from memory.

The problem

What it is built to fix

Files end up everywhere

Footage gets copied to thumb drives, texted to managers and saved to personal cloud folders.

No record of who saw what

When a release is questioned, there is no reliable history of views, downloads or approvals.

Release decisions are informal

Video goes out because someone asked for it, without a defined approval step.

Questions

Evidence Vault FAQ

Straight answers about what it does and where its limits are.

Will evidence stored in ORVATRIX be admissible in court?

ORVATRIX does not make claims about admissibility. Admissibility depends on jurisdiction and circumstances. The Vault is designed to help you keep organized records of handling, which you should review with counsel.

Does the Vault hold any certifications?

No certifications are claimed at this time. Security details will be published on the Security page as they are confirmed.

Can I limit who sees a specific recording?

Yes. Access is set by role and account, and individual items can be restricted further. Every view and every release decision is recorded in the item’s history.
